Latvia's Minister of Foreign Affairs meets with Foreign Minister and Prime Minister of Belarus in Minsk

Minsk is hosting Latvia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Edgars Rinkevics on a working visit. The foreign ministers of the two countries discussed the whole range of Belarusian-Latvian relations and development prospects. For Belarus Latvia is traditionally an important trading and economic partner. Cooperation in the fields of logistics and medicine is successful. Belarus offers unprecedented conditions for business development in the High-Tech Park and the China-Belarus Industrial Park. Cooperation of Belarus with the European Union was also on the agenda. A number of specific projects will be discussed in October at the Belarusian-Latvian intergovernmental commission.
