Latvia offers Baltic countries to close borders with Belarus

Latvia is considering the possibility of closing the border with Belarus. This was stated by Interior Minister Rihards Kozlovskis. He suggests that the three Baltic countries make a joint decision at once. The day before a corresponding resolution was submitted to the Latvian parliament: the deputies demanded to vote for it immediately, so that the borders could be closed on the day of the start of the Belarusian-Russian military exercise Zapad-2025.
