Parliamentary candidates to deliver speeches on television and radio

The first addresses will be televised in the evening prime time from 19:00 to 20:00 and broadcast on the radio in the morning. Each candidate has the right to deliver one free address. Besides, the candidates or their representatives can take part in televised debates. Central Election Commission Head Lidia Yermoshina has urged the future deputies to take into view their predecessors" mistakes and become more media-oriented.
