Interview of Belarus Foreign Minister with Associated Press
Answers to topical questions concerning the foreign policy of our country. Foreign Minister of Belarus Sergei Aleinik gave an interview to the Associated Press international news agency. In particular, he talked about building cooperation with Russia, China and the Global South. The Foreign Minister also touched upon the pernicious policy of sanctions against Belarusian products. The military conflict in Ukraine was also touched upon. Foreign Minister of Belarus stressed that we have always supported peace in the neighboring country and will continue to do everything in our power to achieve it. When asked about the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons in our country, Sergei Aleinik noted that this is a response to the militarization on the western border of Belarus.
