First Conference of honorary consuls opened in Minsk

Representatives of Belarus from all over the world came to Minsk for the First Conference of honorary consuls. During a thorough conversation at the Ministry of foreign affairs, minister Vladimir Makei noted, that Belarus is going to further pursue the agenda on peace in the whole world. Over four days, the consuls are going to meet with representatives of various Belarusian ministries, study practically the potential of our country. The main aims of the conference are to exchange experience, discuss promising avenues in foreign trade. At present, 80 honorary consuls protect rights of Belarusians abroad – they are diplomats, businesspeople and industrialists.
