First conference of honorary consuls of Belarus opens in Minsk

The first conference of Honorary Consuls of Belarus kicks off in Minsk today. Until October 6, about 80 diplomats representing our country in 56 countries will discuss the development of trade and ways of attracting foreign investments to Belarus. The purpose of the meeting is to assess the results of the activity of honorary consuls, to outline the prospective directions of their work to protect the national interests of our country. The diplomats will meet with the leadership of the government, ministries and departments, visit the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone", some enterprises and historical and cultural sites.
