Early voting ahead of parliamentary elections in Belarus

An estimated 19.5% of voters turned out during the three days of early voting ahead of the 17 November parliamentary elections in Belarus. According to the Central Election Commission, Gomel region is leading. In particular, a lot of athletes are voting early in the region, since on the main election day they will be taking in competitions or training. The early voting will last through 16 November. The voter register includes almost 6.9 million citizens.
