Early voting in the presidential elections started in Belarus. It will last until October, 10. October, 11, is the main election day. One can vote only at the place of registration. This ensures that a voter does not vote twice. Early voting is widespread in the world. Early voting in Europe lasts from 2 weeks to a month and a half.
