Cooperation between Belarus and Switzerland
Relations between Belarus and Switzerland have always developed pragmatically and constructively. This was stated by Chairman of the House of Representatives at a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Swiss Confederation. As Vladimir Andreichenko noted, inter-parliamentary, trade, economic and cultural cooperation has been developing positively between the countries in recent years. The new Ambassador of Switzerland, in turn, recalled that this year the countries celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for cooperation between Belarus and Switzerland in the political, trade, economic, investment, humanitarian and other fields.
