CIS mission shares good impressions of early voting for Belarus parliamentary elections

Early voting in Belarus will conclude on November 16. Voter turnout amounted to almost 19.5% in three days. Gomel Region is among the leaders. The Minister of Education of Belarus Igor Karpenko voted in Minsk. The election process is monitored by 30,000 national observers and almost 1,000 observers from international organizations. The CIS observation mission is getting good impressions of early voting. Long-term observers from eight CIS participating states are monitoring the elections in Belarus.
