Central Election Commission of Belarus announces final results of presidential elections

The Belarusian Central Election Commission summed up the final results of the presidential elections. 83.47% of voters chose the incumbent head of state Alexander Lukashenko. 6.1 million people, or 87.22%, participated in voting. According to head of the Central Election Commission Lidia Yermoshina, the campaign for the election of deputies of the House of Representatives can begin in June next year.
