The Central Election Commission of Belarus is actively cooperating with international organizations ahead of the parliamentary elections. The OSCE/ODIHR Needs Assessment Mission is studying the preparations for the election campaign. Today at a meeting of the CEC, its head, Lydia Yermoshina, pointed out changes in the financing of the candidates' electoral fund. In addition, the procedure for granting access to the media has been approved. Speeches by candidates are going to be broadcast on radio and TV starting from October 20.
