CEC accepts applications for registration of initiative groups

The Central Election Commission of Belarus continues to accept applications for registration of initiative groups. Members of the groups will be able to collect signatures in support of nominating their candidates for the presidential post from 21 May. Territorial election commissions are to be established by 20 May at the latest. The presidential election has been scheduled for 9 August, 2020.
