Bishkek hosts Heads of governments council of SCO, EAEU, and CIS
Belarus expects to join the Shanghai cooperation organization as a fully-fledged member soon. Prime Minister of Belarus noted this at the sitting of the SCO Heads of governments council. Roman Golovchenko assured that Belarus shall be a reliable partner for all members of the integration. He expressed hope, that the next sitting of such level will be held with our country participating in the new high status. The interest to the SCO is growing worldwide. The expanding partnership geography witnesses to it. Belarus calls for the member states to join their efforts. This will boost the processes of building a just multi-polar world, form new world logistics, eliminate unnecessary barriers and create conditions for trade and investments. Now is the best time for practical decision, the Belarusian Premier is positive. Increase of the SCO economic component is a most important avenue of the joint work. A memorandum on Belarus’s obligations for acquiring the SCO-member status was signed in July. As it was noted today in Bishkek, legal implementation of the status for our country is in the completion phase.
