Belarusian parliament voices readiness for dialogue with foreign colleagues

The Belarusian parliament is ready for a constructive dialogue with foreign colleagues. This was announced during the meeting of the governing council of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, which was held in the format of a video conference. This year, the agenda is the fight against the spread of COVID-19 and other important topics, including empowering young people to take part in government decision-making, and gender equality. The session of the governing council of the Inter-Parliamentary Union will last until November 4. Over this period the delegates will not only approve the next year's budget of the Union, but also outline a number of meetings for the future.
