Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs visits Thailand and Laos
Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Ryzhenkov is on working visits to the Kingdom of Thailand and the Lao People's Democratic Republic. 16 July is a busy day in Bangkok. The programme includes talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, meetings with representatives of the country's political establishment. The focus is on the prospects for the development of bilateral ties in the fields of trade, investment, transport, tourism, education and healthcare. An intergovernmental document aimed at expanding cooperation in the economic and investment spheres is expected to be signed during the visit. Meetings with representatives of the country's top leadership and extended talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs are planned in Laos. One of the key outcomes will be the signing of an agreement on visa facilitation.
