Belarusian government delegation pays official visit to Uganda
21.02.2025
The coincidence of views on issues of sovereignty, foreign and domestic policy in the interests of their own people, rather than foreign centres of power, form a favourable basis for the expansion of political dialogue between Minsk and Kampala. This was stated by Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko at a meeting with President of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. The Belarusian government delegation is on an official visit to this African country. The BRICS partner status, which was granted to Belarus and Uganda at the end of last year, opens up additional opportunities for joint work on the platform of this association. The traditionally good friendly relations between the countries have not only been preserved, but are also developing.
