Belarusian delegation to take part in SCO Ministerial Council meeting in Astana

Belarus plans to become a full member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in July this year. Foreign Minister Sergei Aleinik arrived in Astana the day before to participate in the SCO Ministerial Council meeting. Given the busy international agenda, he was invited to the event on a preliminary basis. The schedule includes participation and presentation by the Belarusian delegation at the Council meeting, a collective meeting with the President of Kazakhstan, as well as a number of bilateral negotiations.
