Belarusian delegation pays return visit to Libya

Food, medicine, education, engineering and technology. The Belarusian delegation is on a visit to Benghazi, the second largest city of Libya, these days. According to Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Karankevich, the talks are going on constructively. The cooperation between the countries was discussed in Minsk recently. President Aleksandr Lukashenko instructed to move from words to actions. Belarus has all the competencies that Libya needs today and is ready to share them. The partners are interested in experience in the development of agriculture, industry and medicine.
