Belarusian delegation at the UN General Assembly session

The work of the Belarusian delegation continues in New York, where the 78^th session of the UN General Assembly is taking place. Foreign Minister of Belarus Sergei Aleinik held a number of bilateral meetings with colleagues from Azerbaijan, Hungary, Vietnam, Egypt, Turkey, and the Philippines. The Foreign Minister spoke at a meeting of the Group of Friends of the Alliance of Civilizations and at the Ministerial Meeting on Preparation for the Future Summit. In addition, the Foreign Minister took part in the 8^th Ministerial Meeting of the Group of Like-Minded States in support of middle-income countries, advocating the adoption of a comprehensive long-term UN strategy for these countries.
