Belarus to open an embassy to the Holy See

This is stated in the decree of the Council of Ministers, officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal. It is envisaged to open an embassy of Belarus in the Vatican until 1 September 2025. The Ministry of Finance is instructed to finance the costs of opening and maintenance of the embassy at the Holy See within the funds provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the national budget for the opening and maintenance of diplomatic missions and consular offices of Belarus abroad.
