15.10.2025
On 15 October, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus addressed a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Non-Aligned Movement in Uganda. As Maxim Ryzhenkov noted, the Non-Aligned Movement is gaining special importance in the current unstable world. The diplomat also pointed out that the Western powers continue the policy of neo-colonialism, which is manifested in military interventions, interference in internal affairs, the organization of "color revolutions", as well as the use of unilateral coercive measures, trade and financial blockades, unfair tariffs. In this regard, Belarus calls on all member states of the movement to actively develop their own economic cooperation, as well as to use the potential of new influential regional associations, including BRICS and SCO.
