Belarus promotes its national interests in Asia-Pacific region

Belarusaims to promote its national interests in the Asia-Pacific region through the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures inAsia. It is a major regional forum for developing and strengthening the cooperation, security and economic growth of 26 countries. The event, which is taking place inBeijing, is featuring the Belarusian Foreign Minister andBelarus" strategic partners.
Prior to the forum, Vladimir Makei held several bilateral meetings with the Foreign Ministers of China,Turkeyand the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.
