Belarus President is taking part in the One Belt One Road roundtable

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko is taking part in the One Belt One Road roundtable summit in China. Alexander Lukashenko and other leaders attended a reception held on behalf of Chinese President Xi Jinping. On the sidelines of the forum the Belarusian president held talks with Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. The parties shared opinions on the state of the Belarusian-Pakistani cooperation and its development prospects. The Belarusian head of state invited Nawaz Sharif to visit Belarus in summer. Today Belarus President held a bilateral meeting with Turkey President in Beijing. The heads of state discussed the progress made in the implementation of the earlier-reached agreements and also the prospects for cooperation between the two states in different areas.
