Belarus’ parliamentary delegation attending OSCE PA session
The draft Belarusian resolution "Strategic Foresight for Science, Technology and Innovation for Sustainable Development" will make part of the Luxembourg Declaration of the 28th Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. Parliamentarians are discussing legislative measures to strengthen international cooperation and promote sustainable development as an important prerequisite for ensuring peace and security in the OSCE region. Belarus’ delegation is headed by Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives Boleslav Pirshtuk. The session will conclude with the election of the OSCE PA president and other OSCE PA officials. Besides, the Luxembourg Declaration is to be adopted, containing recommendations to the 57 nations of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
