Belarus is ready to further deepen relations with Botswana

Activation of partnership with African countries is one of the priority tasks of Belarus' foreign policy. The country confirms its readiness to further deepen relations with Botswana. A meeting of the heads of the foreign policy departments of the two countries was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus. Following the talks, the parties adopted a joint statement. The guests noted their particular interest in further strengthening trade and economic relations, as well as developing cooperation in the agricultural sector. Botswana is ready to act as a conduit for Belarusian goods to the African market.
