Belarus-India: interparliamentary ties development

Chairman of the House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko met with Ambassador of India to Belarus Alok Ranjan Jha. The Speaker of the Parliament noted that the direction of bilateral relations development is encouraging, although both sides would like more. In the past decade, the leadership of India’s House of the People visited Belarus, and an agreement on cooperation was signed between the two parliaments. Political relations are developing in an encouraging vein. Vladimir Andreichenko expressed hope that soon the Indian parliamentary delegation will visit Belarus, which will serve as a reliable guarantee of further strengthening of relations.
