Belarus and Vietnam have sign a program of cooperation in economy, science and culture for 2016-2018

Belarus considers Vietnam as one of the most important partners in Southeast Asia. This was stated today by President Alexander Lukashenko at the talks with the Vietnamese leader. The Head of the State said that the relations between the two countries amount to a new level of deep mutual cooperation.The presidents signed a program of cooperation in economy, science and culture until 2018 and issued a joint statement on strengthening and comprehensive development of relations between the countries. In particular, Belarus suggests Vietnam to intensify cooperation in petrochemical industry and its participation in the exploration and mining.
