Belarus is preparing for the parliamentary elections

The parliamentary elections in Belarus will take place on 11 September. The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus has launched a new information resource Elections 2016 in the run-up to the parliamentary elections in Belarus. The Internet resource is intended to provide the latest news on the elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus. The CEC-run site will publish news, materials and documents on the election campaign. CEC Chairperson Lidia Yermoshina noted that election campaigns in Belarus are already invested. I hope that out potential candidates to the parliament will also start to invest. This means they will have an opportunity to organize additional information activities, and the campaign will become more visible and interesting for the voters," she said.
