Earlier, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said that he, together with his French counterpart Jean-Marc Ayrault, had suggested the Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Russia to meet in Minsk again, allegedly on 29 November. Belarus" willingness to provide any assistance to the diplomatic efforts on resolving the Ukrainian conflict remains unchanged.Also today, the Foreign Ministry has put forward solutions to foreign citizens" transit to Russia via Belarus, which include setting up international checkpoints on the Belarus-Russian border and the mutual recognition of transit visas. Currently, third-country nationals arrive in the territory of both Belarus and Russia through international checkpoints with valid visas. The unified migration card for both countries is in effect and there is also list of persons whose entry into Russia and Belarus is undesirable.
