Belarus’ Council of Republic Chairwoman meets with UK Ambassador

Fruitful cooperation in all areas is the main priority in Belarus-UK relations. This was discussed at a meeting of the Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic Natalia Kochanova with the UK Ambassador to Belarus Jacqueline Perkins. The countries are actively developing bilateral relations with the trade turnover reaching $2.5 billion last year. The United Kingdom ranks second in terms of foreign direct investments in the Belarusian economy.
