Belarus condemns any attempts to disrupt Minsk process
06.09.2018
Belarus is committed to resolving the situation in Ukraine and condemns any attempts to sabotage the Minsk process. According to the official representative of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Belarus is not a party to the negotiations and does not interfere with them. Yet, Belarus is not a casual observer either. The state has created and will continue to create the conditions for the process and any initiatives aimed at avoiding confrontation, developing dialogue and cooperation in the region. Belarus welcomes efforts to reach a truce within the framework of the trilateral contact group. The next meeting of the contact group is scheduled for 19 September.
