Belarus, China working on 30-day visa-waiver agreement
Minsk and Beijing are at the forefront of scientific progress in their joint projects, and the main result of the Belarus-China Year of Tourism will be the signing of a visa-waiver agreement for the period of up to 30 days, Chairman of the Council of the Republic Mikhail Myasnikovich said at the meeting with Chinese journalists, partaking in the press tour to Belarus. The opening of new innovative productions, the development of the «Great Stone» Industrial Park, the growth in sales of Belarusian goods to China and the increasing flows of Chinese tourists to Belarus were discussed at the meeting. Belarus' President Alexander Lukashenko is set to visit China to attend the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in June 2018, Chairman of the Council of the Republic added.
