Belarus-Azerbaijan in for multi-vector cooperation

Azerbaijan is not just a partner for Belarus, but a close friend. This was emphasized by the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic at a meeting with the Ambassador of Azerbaijan. According to Natalia Kochanova, bilateral relations between the countries have significantly intensified in recent years. Minsk and Baku intend to further develop multi-vector cooperation in all areas. Bilateral trade for 10 months of the last year amounted to almost $450 million. The main positions of our export to Azerbaijan are timber, furniture, medicines, butter, beef, cheese, cottage cheese, and other goods. We import oil, tomatoes, canned fruits, nuts, spirits from Azerbaijan.
