Belarus and Syria condemned Western interference in the internal affairs of sovereign states

The Foreign Ministers of Belarus and Syria issued a joint statement. Maxim Ryzhenkov and Bassam al-Sabbagh protested against the sanctions and condemned the interference of Western countries in the internal affairs of sovereign states. The Belarusian side has prepared a rich program for the Syrian colleagues, which includes cooperation in trade, economic, humanitarian, educational and cultural spheres. The Head of the Foreign Ministry of the Arab Republic has arrived in Belarus on an official visit. On 31 October, he will take part in the II Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security and make a report. Apart from the Syrian Foreign Minister, the conference will also be attended by the Foreign Ministers of Hungary and Russia.
