Belarus and Slovakia are interested in developing relations in trade, economy, education, culture and public diplomacy. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Slovakia Andrei Dapkiunas met with State Secretary (First Deputy Minister) of the Slovak Foreign Ministry Marek Eсhtok in Bratislava. The diplomats confirmed the importance of the mutual appointment of ambassadors in 2025 and the opening of the Belarusian embassy in Bratislava. The parties discussed further steps by Belarus and Slovakia to consistently develop comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
