Belarus and Iran are ready to strengthen interparliamentary dialogue in the international arena

The active dialogue between the legislative branches of government of Belarus and Iran fully meets the mutual interests of the partnership. Belarus and Iran are ready to strengthen the bilateral interparliamentary dialogue in the international arena. This was discussed at a meeting of the speakers of the two houses of Parliament and the President of Iran. Igor Sergeyenko noted that Belarus is interested in further strengthening interparliamentary ties and is grateful for assistance in obtaining observer status in the Asian Parliamentary Assembly.
