Belarus and Great Britain have mutual interest in political dialog and cooperation

The official Minsk regards Great Britain as a very important partner. Relations in all areas between the two countries should be maintained. Vladimir Makey declared this after the talks with Alan Duncan. The Minister of foreign affairs of Belarus also noted the mutual interest in political dialog and economic cooperation. Implementation of the Convention between the governments of the two countries shall promote this. The recently signed document abolishes double taxation of incomes and capital. The trade turnover between Belarus and the Foggy Albion last year exceeded 1 billion 200 million dollars. The British business people invest actively in our country: there are 264 enterprises with British investments.
