Belarus aims to further develop relations with Uzbekistan

Minsk aims to further develop relations with Tashkent. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko at a meeting with the Ambassador of Uzbekistan Nasirjan Yusupov, whose diplomatic mission in Belarus is ending. Roman Golovchenko emphasized that the countries have good, friendly relations. The legal framework for cooperation includes more than 70 agreements. In 2020, the bilateral trade turnover amounted to about $280 million.
