Autumn session of Belarusian parliament opens today

The autumn session of the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic opens today. More than 30 draft laws have been prepared for consideration. Parliamentarians are also actively working on important documents, in particular, the draft budget for the next year. Balance of expenses and income, financing of basic programs and social orientation. The deputies also have a lot of work to do to update the country's Basic Law – the Constitution. They must submit their proposals by the end of October. Today, traditionally, speakers will address their colleagues with a welcoming speech, prioritize the legislative process and work with voters in the constituencies.
