All-for-all prisoner exchange central on agenda of trilateral contact group meeting in Minsk

The central topic of the meeting of the trilateral contact group on the situation in southeastern Ukraine is the all-for-all prisoners exchange. The parties are also focusing on new areas of the withdrawal of forces at the contact line. The possibility of a ceasefire in the Donbass is on the table, too. Earlier in Paris, leaders of the Normandy Four countries called upon the trilateral contact group to ensure the exchange of prisoners using the all-for-all formula by the end of December.
