Alexander Lukashenko meets with parliamentary delegation from Sudan

President Alexander Lukashenko met with the parliamentary delegation from Sudan. Speaker of the National Assembly Ibrahim Omer, heads of ministries, the Central Bank, and businessmen arrived in Minsk from Khartoum. It was decided to proceed from negotiations to joint projects, including setting up assembly plants for machinery. Belarus suggests producing not only tractors, but also dump trucks, combine harvesters. Today our turnover is small, about forty million dollars over the past year. And this is mainly constituted by Belarusian exports. Sudan, which is rich in gold and oil, may make good use of the technology and experience of Belarusian geological prospectors.
