Alexander Lukashenko demands enhancement of power forces

Meeting on national security issues was held in Palace of Independence. The issue is more than relevant, given the situation that is emerging at the moment in the world. Today, there is a need in comprehensive look at the national security system and to evaluation of how effectively it can counteract the real threat. The primary objective is the same: people should be under reliable protection. A special issue is strengthening of external borders.
Another aspect that drew the attention of the head of state is optimization of effort and funds that are involved to ensure national security.
