A meeting with the Speaker of the Kenyan Parliament was held at the Council of the Republic

Belarus is interested in cooperating with Kenya in various areas. This was noted by Natalya Kochanova, Chairperson of the Council of the Republic, at a meeting with the Kenyan parliamentary delegation led by Amason Jeffah Kingi, Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of Kenya, who arrived in our country on an official visit. The Chairperson of the Council of the Republic noted that to build cooperation across all areas, including the economy and humanitarian spheres, parliamentarians must actively engage in the implementation of these objectives. Natalya Kochanova emphasized that interparliamentary cooperation is aimed at collaboration in all spheres of life and thanked the Kenyan side for its participation in monitoring the Belarusian presidential election and for its objective assessment.
