A meeting of the Advisory Council on Belarusians Abroad was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Representatives of the diaspora attended the event. In his speech, the Foreign Minister emphasized the important role Belarusians abroad play in popularizing culture and advancing Belarusian thought. The Council's activities have significantly intensified, which is particularly important in the current context, when Belarus is under external pressure and many foreign media outlets portray Belarus in a negative light. The Advisory Council meeting was attended by 30 representatives of the Belarusian diaspora from 15 countries, including the United States, Georgia, Israel, Moldova, and the EU.
