25th anniversary of Belarus-China relations

Belarus and China mark 25 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations. Relations between Minsk and Beijing develop in the nature of trustful comprehensive strategic partnership and mutually beneficial cooperation. Over a quarter of a century, mutual trade has increased almost 100 times. Participation in the initiative of the new Silk Road, the development of the industrial park "Great Stone", the production of Geely cars are among the major joint projects. Cooperation in the banking sector, the venture capital sector, as well as in the field of science and technology has also increased. The two countries support each other on international arena. China is the only country in the world, with which Belarus is developing relations on the strategic plan laid down in the 5th President’ Decree.
