25 years of diplomatic relations between Belarus and Armenia
Belarus and Armenia celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. Our country is an important trading partner of Armenia. Over the past year, the trade turnover amounted to almost $ 43 million. For a quarter of a century bilateral agreements signed within the framework of mutual visits have allowed to form a legal basis that is a solid foundation for development of cooperation in the scientific, technical, military spheres, as well as in education, tourism and economy. The Belarusian leader sent congratulations to the President of Armenia on the occasion of this special date. Alexander Lukashenko stressed that Minsk is interested in strengthening all-round partnership with Yerevan, including within the framework of implementing integration initiatives and new joint projects in various fields.
