Elections of deputies to House of Representatives scheduled for 11 September. Early voting to start on 6 September

Early voting for candidates to the House of Representatives will begin in Belarus tomorrow. The procedure meets international standards, including OSCE recommendations. The voting process will be monitored by international observers. Today, the Central Election Commission has accredited another 9 representatives of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. A total of 820 observers have been registered.
Final preparations are currently underway at polling stations. Ballot boxes and voting booths have already been installed and work areas for election commission members and observers have been allocated.The main parliamentary elections day is 11 September.
