Union interests

More than a hundred interregional agreements are planned to be signed within the framework of the Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. Economy, tourism, culture – in all areas, the regions intend to work more actively. It is assumed that the parties this year will reach record amounts of contracts – over a billion dollars. Mutual trade is on the rise. Dynamics – about 20% compared to last year's level. The forum will promote new projects and deliveries. The parties develop a common industrial policy. Most of the difficulties are expected to be resolved before the end of the year. A number of joint projects have already been opened in Ufa. One of them is a new store of Belarusian products. The Gomselmash service center has also been launched. Many of our businesses are pursuing a strategy to expand dealerships and service equipment. It helps to firmly gain a foothold in the union market. Today is the main day of the forum. Traditionally, its preliminary results will be summed up by the speakers of the upper houses of the parliaments of Belarus and Russia N. Kochanova and V. Matviyenko.
