Uniform approaches in determining the signs of foreign currency payability

Almost all Belarusian banks have joined the unified list of signs of payment of foreign banknotes. In early July, financial institutions signed an agreement, thanks to which there were fewer reasons for rejecting banknotes, and thus it became easier for Belarusians to hand over currency. The document for banks prescribes clear criteria for working with foreign currency. Now stamps, tears, inscriptions, spots or punctures on banknotes will not become a problem. They will not refuse to accept dirty and worn banknotes with natural signs of use.
